Origin story: With nearly 20 years of experience in sales and leadership, Derek is the G.O.A.T. at connecting people with the best opportunities. He is ALWAYS focused on making sure his team members are using their superpowers to serve our members, improve our communities, and deliver meaningful results.

Superpower: Organization and Optimism

Origin story: Michelle’s favorite quote from Harvey S. Firestone says it all. “The growth and development of people is the highest calling of Leadership.” That’s what drives and inspires her, even when times get tough, and that calling shines through each and every day.

Superpower: Passionately Empathetic

Origin story: With 7 years of credit union experience in nearly every position you can imagine, Paige brings experience, empathy, and strategy to the team. She believes deeply in the power of community and embraces the beauty of the human experience. Her mantra, “Not for Profit but for Service,” has shaped her journey since her very first day in the industry.

Superpower: Positive and Prompt Problem Solver

Origin story: Rachel is a customer service pro, bringing more than 20 years of experience to her role. She has helped Simplicity members through highs and lows, been their first call for help, and been the one to make their day, every day. That frontline experience has helped her grow into the strong, knowledgeable leader she is today.

Superpower: Inspiring people to be the best version of themselves—and making coffee disappear (it’s a talent).

Origin story: Like a lot of us, Mya started her career as a Member Service Representative and went on to gain amazing experience across several departments. Seventeen years later, she has come full circle and has the chance to manage the next generation of MSRs on the frontline, where her journey began.

Superpower: Organization and Determination

Origin story: Harlee has been our teammate on the move! She brought 5 years of customer service experience to Simplicity when she joined as a Member Service Representative in Neenah. From there, she advanced to Assistant Branch Manager in Marshfield and then was promoted to Branch Manager in Neillsville. Fun fact: that means she’s worked in almost every branch!

Superpower: Amazing Guide and Leader

Origin story: She started as a Youth Apprentice and has been a part of the Simplicity Team for 10 years. Magaly specializes in exceptional service and relationship building to make sure her team and the members they help stay happy and satisfied.

Superpower: Prioritizing Power

Origin story: Throughout her more than 30 years of service experience Tina has been building bonds and making great experiences for everybody she meets.

Superpower: Super Solution Provider

Origin story: With more than 28 years of “people helping people” experience, Kimberly’s also developing great relationships because she does her very best to find an answer or get you to someone who can.

Superpower: Patience and Determination

Origin story: With 29+ years of service over her career, Tonya has helped families in the Early Childhood Profession and Simplicity members with the same patience and care.

Superpower: Radiating Positivity

Origin story: With over 10 years of customer service experience, Janalee’s optimism shines through in every interaction—whether she’s helping a member or giving back to the community.
